HEFTMAN Fermenting Jar 1 Litre, 2 Pack
This kimchi container is the ideal way to create a natural probiotic of your food. It is made of quality glass to create a sturdy container. The one-way valve is a convenient way of letting out the built-up gases from the fermentation process. It does this automatically. The lid is made from silicone for a long life with an airtight seal to ensure there is no contamination to your food and to prevent mould from growing. It is easy to use by pressing the food into the kombucha jar and screwing on the lid. Easy to store in cupboards or in the fridge. When you have used the contents, simply wash out the kefir jar with warm soapy water and use it again and again to create sauerkraut or any other number of delicious dishes. It is far better than having to deal with the hassle of muslin cloths, and much safer because the gases can be easily released automatically. Avoid sterilising with hot, boiling water. We suggest using sterilising fluid for optimal results.
